Terms for Private Collection Guns (Appox. 30 Guns): Purchaser's must be 21 or older, be properly registered at this Auction, and sign necessary disclaimers. A valid pistol permit, concealed weapons permit, or a firearms dealers license will be required to take possession of any firearm (a permit for each pistol purchase will be required). A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to your purchases.

Term for Commercial Guns (Davis' Gun Shop): Persons must be properly registered at this Auction, All federal firearms regulations apply and ATF Form 4473, Part I (May 2007) will be required. Davis Gun Shop will be providing all necessary background checks onsite at time of Auction via their computer system. In lieu of sales taxes and credit card fees, a 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to your purchases. Sorry Guys, but the tax man cometh!
