J. Brookshire for his family. Mrs. Brookshire bore 8 children while living

in the early '20's. The new owner, James L. Lowe, is the founder of the
predecessor to what we now know as Lowe's Home Improvement Company. His
daughter Ruth married Carl Buchan and from here Lowe's became the force that
it is today. When Mrs. Lowe passed away in the late '60's the home was sold
to Edna & Joel Bentley. This is the Estate we are representing at this sale.
